My First Day at School

Today was my first day at school, and it was an exciting experience! I woke up early in the morning with butterflies in my stomach. I put on my new uniform and packed my schoolbag with pencils, erasers, notebooks, and lunch.

When I arrived at school, everything looked so big and beautiful. The classrooms were bright and colorful, and there were posters on the walls with pictures of animals and numbers. My teacher, Miss Linda, greeted me with a warm smile. She was very kind and helped me find my seat.

During the day, we did many fun activities. We sang songs together, drew pictures, and played games. Miss Linda taught us how to write our names and count from one to ten. It was hard at first, but she explained everything slowly and clearly. I even got a sticker for trying my best!

At break time, I met some new friends. They were also new students like me, and we talked about our favorite colors and snacks. We laughed a lot and shared our lunches. It felt good to make friends so quickly.

By the end of the day, I was tired but happy. School was not as scary as I thought it would be. I learned so much, and I can't wait to go back tomorrow. I hope I'll get better at writing and counting every day.

This is just the beginning of my learning journey, and I feel excited to see where it will take me. Mom says practice makes perfect, so I will try my hardest every day. Goodbye for now—see you tomorrow!
